Most of the Lawi Project platforms are free to use.

Fee-Based Platforms

Some content, documents, books, products and/or services offered on or through The Projects may be offered to you on a fee basis. If you elect to subscribe or become a member to, or purchase fee-based content, documents, books, products and/or services and transmit to Lawi a purchase request, you warrant that (i) you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or, if you are a minor, your Parent has submitted all purchase information and read and accepted this Agreement on your behalf, (ii) your use of the particular credit card or other accepted method of payment is authorized, (iii) all information that you submit is true and accurate (including, without limitation, your credit card number and expiration date), and (iv) you agree to pay all fees you incur, including all recurring subscription fees unless and until you affirmatively terminate your book, content, product or service account in accordance with the terms for such tool, content, product or service. As specified in this Agreement regarding Project Accounts, any Project username and password supplied to you in connection with fee-based Member Materials that you purchase is personal to you, and you may not transfer or make available your Projects Account name and password to others. Any distribution by you of such Project Account username and password may result in suspension, termination or cancellation of your access to such fee-based Member Materials without refund and in additional charges based on unauthorized use. Your purchase of any fee based content, products and/or services via The Projects is subject to our Sales Policies, as discussed in this Agreement.

You understand that online content, products and tools, and system specifications necessary to use those online products, may continuously evolve over time. Accordingly, Lawi reserves the right to modify and/or increase the system specifications necessary to use any content or product – whether free or subscription based – at any time and without notice, provided that if such modifications give rise to any increase in the fees payable to us any applicable product or service, to the extent required by applicable laws, Lawi will provide you with notice of such price increase in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In such case, you and not Lawi shall be responsible for purchasing any necessary additional software and/or hardware in order to access and play those games.

You also acknowledge and agree that Lawi and its Third Party Providers do not ensure continuous or error-free access or availability of any game content, feature, product, service or server and may change, modify, disable, suspend or remove any such content, feature, product, service or server in their sole discretion.
