Q: How do I notify Lawi of our tax-exempt status? 

A: You can include a copy of your tax-exempt certificate along with your initial payment and original invoice or, you can fax a copy of the certificate to our Tax Compliance Dept.

Q: How can I order a Lawi publication?

A: Most Lawi publications are sold on an annual subscription basis in a variety of publishing formats including both print and electronic options. To subscribe, contact your Lawi Account Executive or, call Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can use the request Request Material/Pricing Information form to send your request to Lawi electronically.

Q: How do I get in touch with my Lawi Account Executive?

Q: How do I order missing or replacement material for my Lawi subscription?

A: To order missing or replacement material, contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can complete the request Replacement Pages and other Materials form to send your request to us electronically.

Q: What is my Lawi customer number and where can I find it?

A: Your six-digit customer number is your own unique Lawi identifier, whether you are the end user or subscriber, the one who pays the bills, or the one who receives the publication. There is only one number you need to remember that ties you to all your Lawi transactions. You can find your customer number on a variety of correspondence you receive from us, including invoices and payment reminders. Or, you can contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center, to obtain your customer number.

Q: How do I notify Lawi of contact name, organization name, or address changes?

A: To notify Lawi of contact name, organization name, or address changes, you can complete the request Address Change form to submit your request to us electronically. Or, you can contact BNA’s Customer Contact Center.

Q: How do I change who is to receive our Lawi subscription?

A: To change the attention name on a Lawi subscription, please contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can use the Account Status/Feedback or General Inquiry form to send your request to us electronically.

Q: How do I find out if my Lawi account has been paid and if not, how much I owe?

A: For the status of your Lawi account, please contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can complete the Account Status/Feedback or General Inquiry form to send your request to us electronically.

Q: How can I retrieve a forgotten username/password?

A: If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can complete the Account Status/Feedback or General Inquiry form to send your request to us electronically.

Q: How can I make user changes to my Lawi web subscription?

A: If you need to delete, replace, or add users within your licensed agreement to your Lawi subscription, please contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can complete the Account Status/Feedback or General Inquiry form to send your request to us electronically.

To increase the number of licensed users to your existing Lawi subscription, please contact us.

Q: How can I pay my BNA invoice?

A: There are several options for paying your Lawi invoice.

  • By Credit Card: To make a credit card payment, you can mail the bottom portion of your Lawi invoice, with your complete credit card information recorded in the designated section on the front of your BNA invoice, and send it to the above address. Or, you can contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center.
  • By Electronic Payments: Electronic wire transfers in the amount of your invoice(s) (be sure to include all invoice numbers being paid) may be made to our Account.

Q: When is payment due for my Lawi invoice?

Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Q: How can I request a copy of my Lawi invoice?

A: To request a copy of your BNA invoice, contact Lawi’s Customer Contact Center. You also can complete the Account Status/Feedback or General Inquiry form to send your request to us electronically.

Q: When can I expect to receive my Lawi invoice for a new or renewal subscription?

A: You should expect to receive an invoice for a new subscription approximately 30 days after placing your order. The invoice for your renewal subscription will be sent 120 days before your subscription expires.
